Dorothy Tiley

Dorothy Tiley has extensive experience in workforce solutions and recruitment, currently serving as the Lead Account Manager and Business Manager at Fircroft since September 2001, where responsibilities include business development, contract management, and recruitment of engineering and technical contractors. Prior to Fircroft, Dorothy worked as the Agency Manager at TABS Recruitment from March 1985 to June 2001, managing a branch, overseeing 220 contractors, and leading a team of two consultants along with managing payroll and administrative tasks. Dorothy’s educational background includes attendance at Furness Comprehensive from 1977 to 1981.
