Elias Policena

Elias Policena is an experienced software architect and tech lead with a strong background in software development and system analysis. Currently serving as a Software Architect and Tech Lead at Nesa Solutions, Inc. since May 2023, Elias previously held the position of Tech Lead at cVortex, focusing on customer service channels across telephony and messaging platforms. At Callink Servicos de Call Center, from June 2014 to August 2021, Elias contributed to the analysis and development of contact center systems, utilizing frameworks such as Spring and Java EE. Early career roles include software development at everis, where training and support for team specialization were provided, and as an Analyst Developer at Softbox, leading significant system improvements. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Federal University of Uberlândia, obtained in 2012, along with research experience in cryptography during a tenure at the same institution.
