Dr. Ashish Pinto

Dr. Ashish Pinto, PhD has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic and tactical initiatives. Dr. Ashish has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Nesco Limited and Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt Ltd (TV9 Network Group). Dr. Pinto has also worked as an independent consultant and held positions at Sakal Media Group, Network 18 Media & Investments Ltd., Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd., Capgemini, Hewitt Associates, and AG Technologies. Dr. Ashish'sexperience includes managing budgets, overseeing HR teams, and implementing recruitment strategies.

Dr. Ashish Pinto holds a PhD in Human Resource Management & Development from Symbiosis International University, which was completed in 2019. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2001. Dr. Pinto has also obtained additional certifications, including the CPI-260™ from SHL and Clarification & International Position Evaluation (IPE) from Mercer. Dr. Ashish also completed the International Certification Program on "Competency Design and Job Analysis" from SHL Consulting.
