Nilesh Darji is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and production processes. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at ISHAN EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. since June 2023, Nilesh has previously held roles as a Production Engineer and Senior Production Engineer at NESCO LTD, where responsibilities included fabrication of pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, and heavy equipment. With a solid background in maintenance of static and rotary equipment at Reliance Industries Limited, along with a focus on quality and safety procedures, Nilesh has demonstrated expertise in managing production activities, material procurement, and resource planning since starting as a Trainee Engineer at Power Build Limited. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Maharashtra University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Dahod.
