Chip Marchi

Chip Marchi has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Chip began their career in 2003 at Nestle Waters, where they served as the National Staffing Manager and later managed various departments within the company. In 2010, Chip became the owner and president of Jener Development Corp., where they provided vending services. Chip then joined Mercer in 2014 as an Operations Manager, overseeing a 150-person call center. Chip worked as a Contract Recruiter at Haven Human Assets from 2018 to 2019 before joining Northeast Security Inc. There, they initially served as the Field Staffing Manager before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in 2022.

Chip Marchi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Curry College, which they attended from 1981 to 1986. Chip then pursued further education at UMass Boston from 1998 to 2000, earning their Master of Education - MEd degree in the field of Education. Chip's educational journey continued at Stonehill College, where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from 2005 to 2007.
