Daron Austin

Daron Austin has a diverse work experience in the security and coaching fields. Daron started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at Apollo International, where they supervised and trained security officers. Daron then became the Director of Security and Life Safety at SecurAmerica from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for life safety, physical security, and emergency planning. After that, they worked as the Director of Security and Life Safety at One Boston Place, where they handled various security-related tasks. In 2015, they became an Account Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they motivated officers and resolved billing discrepancies. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the JLL Security Portfolio Manager at Northeast Security Inc., managing physical security and creating security plans for Class "A" properties. In 2019, they also worked as a Basketball Skills and Development Coach at the YMCA of Greater Boston. Currently, their most recent position is Director of Security at Fortis Property Group, llc.
