Itay Shilian has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience in HR and economics. Itay worked as the VP of HR at Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises LTD. starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at the same company from January 2017 to March 2023. Before joining Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises LTD., Itay worked at Israel Natural Gas Lines as the Head of FP&A from January 2012 to January 2017. Itay also worked as an Economist in the Israeli Air Force from April 2010 to November 2011.
Itay Shilian completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University, from 2011 to 2013.
