Hisham AlObaidi has a diverse professional background spanning over 20 years. Hisham is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Nesma, where they are responsible for developing and managing the GRC department's budget and overseeing board and committee affairs. Hisham uses their expertise to identify and mitigate compliance risks and implement necessary policies and controls.

Additionally, Hisham has obtained several certifications including Certified in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (CGRC) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management in 2018 and Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) in 2015.
