Nicholas Dion

Nicholas Dion is an experienced operations technician currently serving as the Lead Operations Technician at NESN since March 2011, where responsibilities include managing junior employees, overseeing performance goals, coaching, and conducting annual reviews. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Senior Operations Tech at NESN, ensuring quality control of shows and commercials while managing feeds and ingesting content into the playout system. Additional experience includes serving as a Deli Clerk at Stop and Shop, focusing on customer service and team collaboration, as well as an internship at WMCT-TV and a role as Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where team management and sales tracking were key responsibilities. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from Framingham State University.
