Chris Howell has extensive experience in network and operations technology, having held various positions in multiple companies. At Equinix, Chris currently serves as the Lead IBX Customer Operations Technician, overseeing the development and maintenance of four separate IBX sites. Prior roles include Senior Network Technician IV and V at Equinix, where responsibilities encompassed the installation and maintenance of customer cage infrastructure and adherence to safety standards.
