Daniel Costa

Daniel Costa possesses a robust background in supply chain management and operations research, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain for Western Europe and the Shared Service Center at Nestlé Nespresso SA since 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Head of Demand and Supply Planning and Head of Demand and Supply Planning at Nestlé Suisse. Daniel's career spans various positions at Nestlé, including Supply Chain Manager for Ice Cream and Frozen Food and Logistics Analyst. Additionally, leadership in academia includes a Senior Lectureship in Statistics at the University of Neuchâtel and postdoctoral research at the University of Calgary. Daniel holds a PhD in Operations Research from EPFL, an MSc in Mathematics from EPFL, and has furthered education with courses at London Business School and the University of St.Gallen.
