Pascal Lebailly

Global Head of Coffee & Systems Innovation at Nespresso

Pascal Lebailly has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Pascal began their career with Nestle in 1987 as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2001, they became the CEO of Special.T, a LeafTea business that manufactures, distributes, and sells tea capsules and its exclusive closed system in seven European Markets and Japan. Pascal was responsible for a staff of 30 FTEs managed through six direct reports. Pascal provided strategic and operational leadership in the early phase of the business and the roll out in six new markets while improving operating results. In 2018, they became the Global Head of Coffee & Systems Innovation at Nespresso.

Pascal Lebailly has an ADP from London Business School and a PED from IMD. Pascal also has a degree from NEOMA Business School and IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management.
