Florin Vraja

Florin Vraja has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, having worked at Ness Proiect Europe from January 2013 to March 2024 in various roles, including Project Manager for significant projects such as the construction of Iasi Regional Hospital and an automated warehouse. Vraja has also served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, coordinating multiple divisions focused on public and private civil constructions and fluids. Additional experience includes technical consulting on residential projects, contract administration, and managing construction schedules. Vraja is currently completing doctoral studies in cost management at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, where prior education includes a master's degree in project management and property evaluation, as well as a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
