Ajay Wani has extensive experience in technology and engineering, currently serving in Tech and ISV Business Delivery at Ness Digital Engineering since October 2015. Previously, Wani was the CEO at Niyuj, where significant revenue growth of over 50% YoY was achieved while building high-performing engineering teams and products in various technology domains. Wani held various leadership roles including VP Engineering at a consulting firm and Senior Director of Engineering at Symantec Software India, contributing to the development of products such as NetBackup. Earlier experience includes managerial and development roles at Veritas Technologies and Tektronix India, among others, spanning initial software engineering positions to senior management.
