Bat-Sheva Boker

Bat-sheva Boker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal departments across various companies. Currently serving as Senior VP of Legal Affairs at Ness since September 2009, Bat-sheva oversees all legal and regulatory operations. Prior to this role, Bat-sheva held the position of VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Alvarion Ltd., where responsibilities included managing global legal issues and commercial transactions. Bat-sheva also served as General Counsel at VocalTec, overseeing worldwide legal activities, and began a legal career at Naomi Assia & Co. Law Offices, focusing on legal services for high-tech companies. Academically, Bat-sheva pursued an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed the Kellogg Recanati EMBA program at Tel Aviv University.
