Soumik Ghosh

Soumik Ghosh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and program management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Ness Digital Engineering since March 2022, Soumik focuses on the digital transformation of Jack Henry Core Banking systems. Prior to this role, Soumik spent 18 years at Cognizant, where contributions included serving as Associate Director and Engineering Director, overseeing eCommerce application development for Worldpay/FIS, and managing significant accounts such as Manulife Hong Kong. Previous positions at Cognizant also featured responsibilities in program delivery management and technical project management for projects involving payment systems and core reservation technologies. Early career experience included a role as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. Soumik holds a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur.
