Richard Smith has extensive experience in the healthcare and medical device sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at the National Evaluation System for health Technology Coordinating Center (NESTcc) and holding various roles within the NESTcc Initiative since November 2020. A lengthy tenure at GE HealthCare, spanning from October 1985 to October 2005, included roles from Sales Representative to General Manager. Richard holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and pursued studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
