Kamil Olszewski

Kamil Olszewski currently serves as the Director and Head of Strategy and Product Development at Nest Bank S.A. since April 2023. Previously, Kamil was with BNP Paribas Bank Polska from November 2018 to April 2023, holding several roles including Product Owner, Business Chapter Leader for the Entrepreneurs & Farmers tribe, and Director of Retail & Small Business Lending, focusing on business strategy and product development. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Raiffeisen Polbank between January 2013 and October 2018, where Kamil managed Consumer Finance and Small Business Lending, overseeing product development and P&L. Kamil's career began at EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA, progressing from Cash Loan Junior Specialist to various roles in consumer finance. Kamil holds degrees from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie and the University of Warsaw.
