Michal Nowak

Michal Nowak is an experienced finance professional currently serving as CFO and Board Member at Nest Lease since June 2024. Previously, Michal held the position of Managing Director of Finance at Nest Bank S.A. from June 2013 and worked at FM Bank SA as Director of the Controlling and Reporting Department from January 2009 to May 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director in the Finance Department at WestLB Bank Polska from February 2006 to December 2008 and as an auditor at Ernst & Young from November 2003 to January 2006, with a focus on auditing financial institutions and supporting IFRS implementation. Michal earned a master's degree in economics (finance and banking) from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and also studied at Warsaw University.
