Dr.pradeep S

Dr. Pradeep S has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President at NeST Digital since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the ICT Academy of Kerala from June 2020 to June 2022, where they served as the Head of the Retail Training Unit. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing the profit center, overseeing advertising and promotion activities, and establishing relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.

Before joining the ICT Academy, Dr. Pradeep S worked at the same organization from June 2014 to March 2020 as a Knowledge Officer/Retail Business Lead. In this role, they focused on developing trainers, conducting training programs for engineering colleges and government agencies, and measuring the impact of knowledge management on the business.

Prior to their time at the ICT Academy, Dr. Pradeep S worked as a Capacity Building Trainer/Change Management Consultant at ASAP/Kerala Police from December 2012 to June 2014. Dr.Pradeep also served as the Cluster Head-Training at Tata AIA Life Insurance from September 2006 to December 2012, where they were responsible for training initiatives.

Dr. Pradeep S started their career as a Relationship Officer at HDFC Ergo General Insurance from June 2005 to August 2006. Dr.Pradeep then worked as a Unit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from December 2003 to May 2005.

Dr. Pradeep S has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Taxation from Mahatma Gandhi College at Kerala University. Dr.Pradeep continued their education by earning an MBA in international Business and Services Marketing from CUSAT between 2001 and 2003. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University and an Associate's degree in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.

Dr. Pradeep S further expanded their knowledge by completing an Associate Financial Planner program from FPSB in 2012. Dr.Pradeep also participated in an MDP on Project Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2013 and a PG Diploma in Instructional Design from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in 2017.

In terms of higher degrees, Dr. Pradeep S obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, General from Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education from 2011 to 2019. Additionally, they pursued an MSC in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling Psychology from the University of Madras from 2015 to 2017.
