Paige Franklin

Paige Franklin is the Vice President of Growth at Nest Health, focusing on market expansion, partnerships, and brand positioning to enhance patient acquisition and retention in home-based care models since September 2025. Prior to this role, Paige served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, managing a $1B+ Medicaid health plan with 250,000 members, and as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations of a 240,000+ member Medicaid managed care organization. Additionally, Paige held the position of Director of Strategic Planning at Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, providing strategic guidance across health plan operations. Previous experience includes serving as the Corporate Counsel for Compliance and Government Affairs at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance and practicing insurance defense litigation as an Associate Attorney at Phillips Parker Orberson & Arnett. Paige holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
