Jess Houser

Jess Houser is an experienced Associate Broker at Nest Realty and Home Sweet RVA since 2022 and 2019, respectively, with a background in real estate as a Licensed Realtor at One South Realty from 2019 to 2022. Prior to entering the real estate field, Jess served as an English Teacher at Virginia Home for Boys and Girls from 2016 to 2019 and held various educational roles, including Home Bound Instructor and Substitute Teacher at Augusta County Schools for over two decades. Additionally, Jess contributed to Charlottesville Young Professionals, Inc. as a Secretary and Special Events Chair from 2012 to 2016, organizing major community events and managing board meeting logistics. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Union Presbyterian Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Elementary Education from King University.
