Kaitlyn Maarschalk

Kaitlyn Maarschalk is a professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at 501 Nest Realty since January 2021. Previously, Kaitlyn operated as a Licensed General Contractor while being self-employed since September 2019. Prior to this, Kaitlyn worked as a Realtor at Real Estate Experts from December 2017 to January 2021 and at Better Homes and Gardens | Go Realty from April 2017 to December 2017. Kaitlyn's experience also includes financial expertise as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Teleflex Medical Inc., where management of a $7M portfolio and achievement of DSO goals were key responsibilities. Kaitlyn began the professional journey at Teleflex Medical as a Customer Service Representative from February 2013 to April 2015. Academically, Kaitlyn holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, both from Appalachian State University.
