Jake Gruijters

Jake Gruijters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries, including hospitality, real estate, and technology. Currently serving as a Revenue Strategy Consultant for Independent Hotels and the Founder of AltaRev since May 2025, Jake also works as a Real Estate Advisor and Investment Consultant at Nest Seekers International. Previous roles include Consultant at JG Advisory, Revenue Management Expert at VAYA Group, and Revenue Manager at Revenue Guru, where a strong focus on revenue optimization and strategic growth was established. Jake has further contributed to market growth in the Dutch SMB sector at Moss, held a Replenishment Analyst position at Foot Locker EMEA, and acted as Vice-Chairman of the Career Committee at Asset. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management Studies from Avans Hogeschool Breda, complemented by international experiences in Mexico and Spain.
