Niv Tripathi

Niv Tripathi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and fashion. Currently serving as a Real Estate Salesperson at Nest Seekers International since January 2021, Niv is part of the Masters Division, which is ranked #1 team in New York City and #14 in the nation, specializing in luxury residential sales and rentals. Previously, Niv has taken on roles such as Fashion Production Coordinator and Creative Director, with experience as the Founder & Designer of Niv Fashions, where a women’s apparel line was conceptualized and developed. Additionally, Niv has a strong graphic design background, having worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Freeze CMI, where contributions were made to major children's brands. Niv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
