Lakenzise Mayberry Mpa

LaKenzise Mayberry, MPA, currently serves as the Training and Development Manager for the City of Birmingham, focusing on learning and organizational development initiatives for the Municipal Court workforce. In addition to this role, LaKenzise contributes as a Community Project Manager for Nest, supporting the Gee’s Bend Quilters through training and technical assistance for e-commerce. Former positions include Survey Analyst for the Cause Marketing Forum, Training & Organization Development Advisor for the Jefferson County Commission, and various roles at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, including Training Consultant and Public Outreach Coordinator. LaKenzise holds a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Alabama, along with specialized training in Public Relations from New York University.
