Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter is a senior policy manager at Nesta since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in policy analysis and advisory roles. Previously, Rachel served as an analyst/advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in New Zealand from April 2020 to September 2022 and worked as a solicitor at Russell McVeagh from February 2017 to April 2020. Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago, and a Master of Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
