Memory Naggita

Memory Naggita has a range of work experience in the HR field. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Huawei as a Human Resource Specialist. In 2012, they also had a brief role as a Public Relations Associate at the same company. In 2018, they moved on to GEMS Education where they held the position of HR Manager for a few months. Later in 2018, they joined Binance as an HR Business Partner and stayed there until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Talent and Operations at Nestcoin, starting in October 2021.

Memory Naggita has a diverse education history. Memory obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Amity University Delhi in 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from Makerere University in 2009-2013. Memory also holds an Advanced Level Certificate from St. Thomas Secondary School in 2007-2008, where they studied History, Economics, Divinity, and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Memory has obtained certifications in Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services, Onboarding in the Hybrid/Remote Workplace, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2023.
