Antti Pulkkanen

Antti Pulkkanen is the Head of EV Charging Services at Neste, leading the development and expansion of the electric vehicle charging business in Finland and the Baltics since 2005. Pulkkanen drives the EV site expansion strategy, manages investment plans, oversees the P&L of charging businesses, and develops innovative EV concepts and pricing strategies while ensuring an optimal customer experience. Previous roles at Neste include Business Development Manager, where Pulkkanen spearheaded the public charging business inception and managed complex business development projects, as well as Head of Service Design & Insight and Senior Market Development Manager, focusing on service design and market insights. Pulkkanen's career commenced as a Treasury Officer at both Neste and Fortum. Educational qualifications include participation in the Neste Strategy Program at IMD and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
