Fabrizio Amicizia is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the refining and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer at Neste since March 2020, Fabrizio has previously held senior roles at Ineos Oxide, Jacobs, and Conser S.p.A., where responsibilities included revamping and optimizing refinery processes. Notable projects include the revamping of the separation section of the Platforming plant and the crude oil preheating system at the API Refinery in Italy. With a background in R&D for hygiene products at Procter & Gamble and early experience in academia at Università La Sapienza, Fabrizio possesses a solid educational foundation in Chemical Engineering, complemented by a diploma in Science studies.
