Kaisa Tuominen

Kaisa Tuominen has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of taxation, particularly in value-added tax (VAT) and excise duty. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Neste since July 2010, Kaisa has held various positions focused on indirect tax, including Tax Manager at Neste and Senior Manager at PwC Finland from April 2001 to July 2010. Prior roles include Senior Adviser positions at the Finnish Tax Administration and the Ministry of Finance, specializing in VAT, as well as legal roles at the Helsinki Administrative Court and the Turnover Tax Court. Kaisa holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 1982 and 1988.
