Petteri Salomaa

Petteri Salomaa currently serves as the Head of People Data and Analytics at Neste, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Petteri spent over four years at Wärtsilä, where responsibilities included leading the HR Development Management Office and overseeing the design and execution of HR strategies and project methodologies. Petteri has a strong background in HR technology and transformation, having managed global HR master data implementations and transitions to new HR operating models across various companies, including Gavdi Group, Deloitte, and NGA Human Resources. Petteri began the professional journey in HR at OP Financial Group and possesses a Master's degree in Educational Science from the University of Turku.
