Rosti Minna

Rosti Minna has extensive experience in HR and payroll management, currently serving as the Payroll Services Manager at Neste since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the payroll team and collaborating with outsourced services and various internal stakeholders. Prior experience includes HR Operations Manager roles at Ramboll Finland Oy, where Rosti led HR operational services across Finland and the Nordic region, and also contributed to payroll processes and global mobility. Previously, Rosti held positions at Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, Aditro, and Danske Bank, starting as a Senior Payroll Specialist in 1992, demonstrating a strong foundation in payroll and HR systems. Rosti holds a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Helsinki, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Mercuria Business School, and a degree in Business and Administration from the Commercial College of Helsinki.
