Tiina Seppälä

Tiina Seppälä is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contracts and a strong background in transactions. Since December 2018, Tiina has served as the Global Manager of Commercial Contracts at Neste, overseeing teams across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Previous roles at Neste include Manager and Contracts Specialist, where responsibilities included leading teams, advising on contracts law, and innovating processes. Prior to Neste, Tiina worked at Krogerus as an Associate focused on mergers and acquisitions, and as a Full-time Trainee in the same firm. Tiina also has experience at Alfred Berg as a KYC Project Manager and KYC Administrator, as well as earlier work in customer service at Nordea. Tiina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Turku.
