Antero Päivänsalo

Antero Päivänsalo is an experienced Chief Information Security Officer with a strong background in IT security and management. Currently serving as CISO at Neste since January 2023, Antero previously held various leadership roles at Nokia from October 2006 to January 2023, including CISO and Head of Information Security, where responsibilities encompassed critical information protection, employee engagement, and supply chain security. Antero's extensive experience also includes managing IT operational excellence, performance, and project management across different regions, particularly in Greater China and APAC. Antero holds an MBA in Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Computer Sciences from Tampere University of Technology.
