Antti Joki

Antti Joki is an accomplished professional at Neste, with a career spanning over a decade, focusing on refining and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Performance Improvement Program TMO and as Vice President of Refinery Development & Technology, Joki leads projects aimed at transforming refineries to become the most sustainable in Europe by 2030. With previous roles including Director of Product & Asset Strategy Development and Site & Production Manager at Naantali Refinery, Joki has a strong background in refinery operations, supply chain management, and strategic development. Joki holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and multiple degrees from the University of Oulu and Aalto University, complementing extensive experience in engineering and management within the oil and renewable products sectors.
