Coen Dusseljee

Coen Dusseljee is an experienced operations and process engineer currently serving as Operations Day Supervisor at Neste since March 2020. Prior to this role, Dusseljee worked at LyondellBasell for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included operation oversight of the PO-11 Maasvlakte plant, coordinating operational troubleshooting, long-term planning, and external communications. Dusseljee also held various process engineering positions within LyondellBasell, providing support for multiple plant sections and serving as a member of the works council. Dusseljee's academic background includes a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Science & Technology, both from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a VWO with a focus on N&T and N&G from CSG Penta College Blaise Pascal.
