Elina Herrala

Elina Herrala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and logistics within the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations, Marketing & Services at Neste since March 2011, Elina has held several leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Business HR and Vice President of Logistics & Operations, where the focus was on enhancing logistical efficiency and supporting business growth. Prior positions include Director of Harbours and Terminals, leading a team of 200 in optimizing logistical operations, and Vice President and Refinery Manager, overseeing general management at the Naantali Refinery. Elina's prior experience includes roles as Production Director and Head of the Superconductors Manufacturing Unit at Luvata, and as Business Controller and Sales Manager at Outokumpu. Elina holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
