Heikki Eronen

Heikki Eronen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and development within the energy and chemicals sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Portfolio, External Projects and Terminals at Neste since September 2019, Heikki leads investment project portfolios and collaborates on domestic terminal projects. Prior roles at Neste include Solution Development Manager, Project Portfolio Manager, and Manager of Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various investment projects and supervising project management teams. Previously, from April 2009 to August 2019, Heikki worked at St1 Oy as Plant Development Manager and Project Manager, focusing on bioethanol process technology and plant investment initiatives. Early career experience includes procurement and project management roles at Incap Oyj and Paroc Group, alongside an internship at Nordkalk Corporation. Heikki Eronen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Logistics from South Carelia Polytechnic.
