Jani Niskanen

Jani Niskanen has extensive experience in process analytics and business process improvement, currently serving as Lead, Process Analytics at Neste since April 2017. In this role, Jani is responsible for leveraging deep business process knowledge to develop AI and RPA solutions and promote the value of process analytics across the organization. Previous positions at Neste include Development Manager for Business Processes, focusing on Celonis Process Mining solutions, and Business Process Analyst, implementing operational intelligence solutions. Prior to Neste, Jani worked at Tieto from April 2001 to March 2017, holding roles such as Lead Solution Consultant and Principal Business Consultant, where responsibilities included solution development and consultancy in ERP projects. Jani holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
