Jenny Carlberg

Jenny Carlberg currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Neste, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jenny was the Group Compliance Officer at Outokumpu from August 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing the Corporate Compliance Program and developing compliance training programs with high completion rates. Earlier in Jenny's career, from June 2001 to December 2012, experience as Senior Counsel at Pöyry Plc encompassed legal support, contract negotiations, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Jenny's legal expertise began at KLegal Oy/KPMG Wideri Oy Ab between December 1999 and May 2001 as a Legal Counsel focusing on corporate and labor law. Jenny holds an MBA from AaltoEE and a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki.
