Mervi Waddilove

Mervi Waddilove is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Development Manager at Neste since September 2008. Prior roles at Neste include R&D Manager for Pretreatment and Acting Head of R&D for Feedstock and Pretreatment. Prior to Neste, Mervi held various positions at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, including Team Leader and Head of Department, and also worked at Aalto University and Yleisradio. Mervi possesses advanced degrees in Bioprocess Technology and Biotechnology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, alongside recent certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt from Laatukeskus Excellence Finland and Business Excellence Solutions.
