Petteri Salomaa

Petteri Salomaa is an experienced leader in data and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics at Neste since September 2023. Prior to this role, Petteri held various positions at Wärtsilä, including Head of HR Development Management Office, where responsibilities included design and execution of HR strategy and project methodologies. Petteri also excelled as HR Business Technologist, managing global HR master data implementations and transformation projects. Earlier in the career, Petteri was a Senior Project Manager at Gavdi Group, and held leadership roles at Deloitte and NGA Human Resources, focusing on HR transformation and technology. Education includes a Master of Arts degree in Educational Science from the University of Turku.
