Vincent Boogaard

Vincent Boogaard has extensive experience in the chemical and petroleum industries, currently serving as Commissioning Manager at Neste since December 2009, overseeing pre-commissioning for long-term development projects in the Netherlands. Previously, Vincent held various roles at LyondellBasell from 2000 to 2009, including Execution Lead for turnarounds and Head Technician, contributing to startup operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Eastman Chemical Company, Shell Oil Company, and SC Johnson, with responsibilities ranging from Senior Operator to Shift Leader.
