Danilo A. Belen has worked in the engineering field since 2005. In 2012, they began working as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for NESTEC, Inc. where they were responsible for the design of regenerative thermal oxidizers and catalytic oxidizers from 2,000 ACFM to 100,000+ ACFM. Danilo A. managed all phases of the design process for components, parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies, including dimensioning and tolerance. In 2005, they began working as a Project Engineer for Cementos Andino Dominicano. In this role, they were responsible for detail engineering, cost estimating and drawings elaboration. Danilo A. also lead evaluation and analysis of designs produced by direct reports and projects ranging from $100K to $35M.
Danilo A. Belen received a Bs in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo between 1999 and 2005. Danilo A. then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management from the University of León from 2008 to 2011. In March 2018, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
