Rodrigo Molinare

Rodrigo Molinare is currently the Country Manager for Adaptavist Spain, leading strategic initiatives and M&A integrations. Rodrigo also has experience in various roles such as Operations Consultant, Business Analyst, and Sales Analyst within the company. In addition to their role at Adaptavist, Rodrigo is currently the COO of Nest Egg and a Pre-Idea Fellow at EWOR. Previously, Rodrigo co-founded BlueBox Vending and held leadership positions at Nyenrode New Business School and Jongste Compagnie van Verre. Rodrigo has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Westminster.
