Victoria Rhodes

Victoria Rhodes possesses extensive experience in human resources and education. As Human Resources Director at Waypoint Developmental Center from July 2022 to September 2023 and at Treasure Valley Supported Living of Idaho LLC from November 2019 to July 2023, Victoria demonstrated leadership and management skills. Prior roles include serving as Office Administrator at Treasure Valley Supported Living and teaching at Challenger School from August 2012 to August 2018, where Victoria implemented curriculum and managed classrooms. Victoria began their career as a Barista at Starbucks from May 2006 to May 2009, focusing on customer service and operations. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Boise State University, completed in 2012.
