Amanda Napoleon has a diverse background in marketing and digital experience. Most recently, they worked as the Ecommerce Marketing Lead, CRO & Digital Experience at Nestlé Health Science starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Ecommerce - Conversion Rate Optimization at The Bountiful Company from July 2019 to August 2021. Amanda also gained experience in marketing roles at Spectrum, Altice USA, Overseas Military Sales Group, Univision Communications Inc., and AOL. Amanda began their career as an Administrative Intern at Local 338 RWDSU/UFCW before transitioning to roles as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Affinitive and a Teacher's Assistant at Baruch College. Overall, Amanda has a strong foundation in marketing and has consistently advanced in their career.

Amanda Napoleon completed their high school education at Lindenhurst Senior High School. Amanda then attended Baruch College from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Digital Marketing. In 2014 and 2015, they enrolled in General Assembly to pursue a Web Development Immersive program. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Introduction to Product Marketing, Positioning and Company Storytelling, Project Management for Marketers, Copywriting and Product Messaging, Google Analytics for Beginners, and Landing Page Optimization.
