Edina Hot

Edina Hot has extensive experience in scientific communications and publications, currently serving as Sr Manager at both Aimmune Therapeutics and Nestlé Health Science since February 2022. Prior roles include Scientific Communication Manager and Senior Scientific Communication Specialist at SOPHiA GENETICS from January 2021 to February 2022, as well as medical and scientific communication at infill healthcare communication from August 2018 to January 2021. Edina's academic background includes a PhD from the Max-Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology (2008-2013) and a BA in Biology from the College of the Atlantic (2004-2008), complemented by an International Baccalaureate from UWC Red Cross Nordic (2002-2004). Additional experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at IEO Istituto Europeo di Oncologia from March 2014 to January 2021 and a teaching assistantship at The Jackson Laboratory from 2006 to 2008.
