Greg Fortsch

Greg Fortsch is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at Nestlé Health Science since December 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating regulatory compliance for a vast range of dietary supplement and food products, along with sustainability and privacy initiatives. With a strong background in consumer protection, Fortsch has held various roles including Senior Legal Counsel for Regulatory Affairs and Senior Staff Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, where significant accomplishments involved prosecuting consumer protection violations and advising on international consumer protection matters.
